The Beginning Of Seventh Grade

The first semester of seventh grade passed. I can't believe it, I'm finally in middle school! As a middle school student, my responsibility doubles. In this semester, I participated in Canadian English Course Competition and won first place Deteksi Jawa Pos Pop Group Competition. We practiced almost everyday until 5 or 6 pm! But in the end, it is worth it. After the competition, we decided to form a musical club, we called it Cita Hati Behemoth Voices, from Job 40 : 15.  Under this name, we have performed at JW Marriott Hotel for Christmas Celebration and also "Sharing Unlimited Love" event at Grand City Mall. I am looking forward to join Guang Zhou International Competition or maybe ChiLeague too. My favorite lessons so far are English, Civics, Reacter, Economy, Biology, Arts, PE, and Music. I've been taking Japanese classes, since it is a new language, it was a little hard at first but after a few weeks I keep up with the lessons. The differences between elementary and middle school are just too much that I don't think I wouldn't be able to cope with it without my family, friends, and helpful teachers. From my observation, there are pressure among peers in this school; new students or not. They usually target fat people or those who they think might be a social rival, they feel socially challenged and start being mean to them. I hope teachers would help their students in this problem and guide them when they seek for guidance or just be a good listener. I've been taking Public Speaking extracurriculars and I find it very helpful when presenting a topic in front of the class or simply communicating with other people. I've been reading books about psychology and architecture recently, I am simply fascinated in those subjects. I hope that I'll be able to participate in more various programs and activities in the future. Go Cita Hati!
